What Happens Next?

Once you’ve purchased your Black Friday package, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can then book your treatments for dates from 1st January 2026 onwards, subject to availability.

Can I Buy as a Gift?

Yes. Simply purchase the matching Gift Voucher and the recipient can redeem the treatments in salon. Packages remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

When Can I Start Using It?

Packages can be redeemed from 1st January 2026. Bookings made before this date will not be eligible.

How Long Do I Have?

All treatments must be redeemed by 31st March 2026. Any unused treatments will expire after this date.

Booking & Cancellation

Appointments are subject to availability. 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule, or the treatment will be deducted.

Limited Availability

Once a package sells out, it will be removed from the website and cannot be purchased again at this price.

Black Friday Terms & Conditions

  • Black Friday offers are available from Tuesday 25th November to Tuesday 2nd December 2025 only.

  • All packages must be booked and paid in full during the offer period to secure the discounted price.

  • Treatments must be redeemed by 31st March 2026.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Treatments within a package must be redeemed by the same client and cannot be shared.

  • Appointments are subject to availability — limited spaces apply.

  • Package contents cannot be exchanged or altered.

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

  • No cash or product alternative is available for unused treatments or items within the package.

  • Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid forfeiting your booking.

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment will result in that treatment being forfeited.

  • Products included in your package (e.g., Olaplex or Lash/Brow serums) must be collected in-salon and cannot be exchanged for other retail items or services.

  • Individual treatment values are based on standard Grow Girl Brows prices as of November 2025.

  • Grow Girl Brows reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
